Document screening
Evaluating qualification, ability, and experience of applicants without limitation on academic background
STEP 2
Interview with department heads
Checking basic competence needed for job execution
STEP 3
Interview with executives
Reviewing personality and the coincidence between private value and corporate value
STEP 4
Employment
Employing the final successful candidates
STEP 5
3-month probation
The final successful candidates conduct duties and missions for three months with a mentor with the aim of helping them understand the company and check the aptitude and values of mentees.
A 3-month probation is conducted with a mentor
